60's & 70's experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/31/06
I love this place. This was my second home in the 60s and 70s. Sooo many shows, so many experiences. I saw Jefferson Airplane, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath etc. This is a historical institution. Great acoustics. Of course tickets were $3.00 - $6.50 back then for huge name acts.

Memorial Hall

Memorial Hall is a great venue to see your favorite artist or event- I have heard some say "it is a dump", but I think it has a very historical feeling that has to be felt first-hand. The acoustics are great, and we have thoroughly enjoyed every perfomance we have seen. I don't think there are very many "bad seats" in the whole venue. I recommend it.
