The rooms in the new tower were nice looking but had cheap bed linens and furniture and the staff at the front desk was just rude. We walked up at 3:15 to get our room and they said it wasn't ready (check in is suppose to be at 3) and when I asked about this the guy said "well check in has only been open for 15 minutes". It was my first time being at a casino period and I have to tell you that it was awsome. The only thing that could change is they could bring the drinks to you a little faster especialy since I was paying for the beer but other then that my wife and I will be returning soon! Great place to go get away and the rooms are cheap too!!! Good luck to you all whom does return.

We girls plan two long weekends a year no kids, no husbands, no problems. This was our first trip to Blue Chip Michigan City and we'll be back again. The Blue Spa was magnificiant and the people were great. The gambling was alright (I Lost) but, my friends won would love to come back in the fall. It wasn't a bad drive from Wisconsin ...

Was there last week. I guess you get what you pay for. Not a great location. Tv did not work in room. Went to the deli for bagels for breakfast.
Stale as all get out. Give you a number to sit down with so you think they are at least going to toast it or something. Seriously searved us two bagels right out of the package stale as can be. ...

Not senior friendly. lots of walking from the hotel to the casino. The book of comps only good for 1 coupon per day. Just "one" cookie per day? After paying the remainder of the $7.29 for the buffet breakfast, I ended up with non-dairy creamer for my coffee. Also the rooms were s0-s0 and NO bathtub. The rooms were comped so I did not complain. The staff were friendly and I maybe could go back, but I would rather go somewhere else.

I HAVE BEEN THERE MANY TIMES AND THE STUFF AND MOTEL ROOMS ARE GREAT. THEY HONOR THERE REWARDS PROGRAM AND IT'S ALWAYS A FUN TIME. MY FAVORITE CASINO OUT OF THE TWO.

it was the 1st time ther i was very inpressed motel was very clean staff was very nice and politei think all ages would like this place we plan on taking my mother and father when the weather breaks they are in there late 70s
iam sure they will have a nice time my father likes to play the poker machines my husband did very well playin the machines he wants to go back this weekend .edith simmons

There was mice n buffet restaraunt!!! Reported it 2 manager on duty said he knew of issue with mice and blew us off. 25 minutes later wife got bit by bug n motel room. reported it at least they had that checked!! Hotel management staff has alot 2 be desired!!
