I got my engagement ring custom made here and it looks amazing!!! I showed them a picture of a design I liked from a very well known store's website and they made one exactly like it. I got a much better quality stone (1.8 ct, E color) at a fraction of the price.

My soon-to-be and I have not yet bought my engagement ring from Merry Richards, but we will. The reviewer who said they were rude to him or her, must have been to another place. I was surprised at how helpful and unaggressive the employees were.

I am only giving it 4 stars, but I will be back to rate it higher if we are as happy with the jewelry as we are with the service.

I bought a 1.52 Ct diamond engagement ring. My wife loves it. Definately recommend. I like how they do free cleaning of jewelery when you walk in.
