The have a very friendly and knowlegeable staff. I've had several things framed there in the last few years, and I've been happy with all of them. They are a little hard to find the first time, being in the alley behind 1718 Sherman. It's probably the coolest alley in Evanston, also home to a excellent used bookstore.

Bought a print, had it framed, came to collect and I find a tear in the middle of the print, running up about 12 inches into the center. Alley Gallery says: "We can reframe but we'll have to charge you for albor".

So, sure the parrot is nice, but...that's just not good business.
