This is an experience that can't be missed. The house, even though it's still in need of repairs, is gorgeous. There is a feeling of sadness surrounding the house, I'm sure due to the history. I would recommend visiting the house on one of the days it is open to the public, just make a reservation. But please respect the privacy of the owner's since it is Private Property.
