Closed as of 4/20/2009. Not sure if there are any other buyers lined up that are wanting to reopen it, but the website states that it's closed and a lot of my friends that used to go there frequently confirmed that it's no longer open for business.

The facilities are a little dated and worn but are in working order. I took my 10- and 9-year-old for an afternoon of go-karting and mini-golf. Two rides each (two solo, two with dad) and a game of golf cost about $31 - not bad.
