    There is much value of the Clock Tower in Rome's history. The Clock Tower is on one of the seven hills of Rome, so needless to say, there are some very good views from atop the hill.     The Rome City clock is a very big part of Rome's history. The clock is a must see if you ever go visit Rome, but don't just look at the clock; find out the history on the clock. I think you will find it to be very interesting.
