Never a bad experience.I am a resident of Cleveland, TN about 25 miles north of Nob North. I take the opportunity to play here around 6 times a year. The condition of the course continues to amaze me each time. No matter the season, this course is always in excellent shape. For the money, this is by far the best value for a dollar.
