what a palce!We visited Mission san Luis on a quiet Sunday. It has wonderful picnic areas very close to the exhibits. We were impressed with the knowledge of the reenactors. The soldier at the fort was really into his role and kept saying "we do " instead of "they did " when speaking about the daily life of the fort.

The Hidden Jewel of TallahasseeOur family went to Mission San Luis and loved it! It takes about 2 1/2 hours to see everything. The costumed volunteers were very knowledgable and answered every question we had. The Mission gives everyone a glimps of Florida's great history. One of the best places in Tallahassee!This is a living museum with many costumed reenactors. The buildings are new and some are recreated that same way the originals were. The actors are really, really nice and spend a lot of time explaining things. The site is very large but there are sidewalks and many benches. The environment is clean and relaxing.3 of 3 Yahoo!
