Our grandson, as well as ourselves, really enjoyed seeing and touching the vast variety of sea life. The casual atmosphere allowed time to explore and wait to see the critters do their thing, like a hermit crab switching shells. It was well worth the price and we are sure to take other guests to experience this aquarium.

You had no way of knowing what you were looking at. There were two nurse sharks about 6 feet long each in a tank too small to allow them to swim. It was cruel and inhumane. The ...
We enjoyed our stop with our 2 & 3-year old grandsons so much that Papa & Nana went back on our way home to see it again! The boys were fascinated with being able to touch so many live things that they had seen dead on the beach.
We thank all of you for making such a wonderful resource available to the public & to school groups.

Greatest live marine experience!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/27/06
I loved the touch tanks and being able to actually hold the things I never thought I would have the courage to do. It opens your eyes to all the little critters that you might have seen while wandering on the beach. You'd be amazed at what all you can learn by just holding the slimy sea hare; it squirts a bright purple ink if you bother it too much. This was an amazing experience. There should be many more places like this.
