The trip was very relaxing. I noticed the crew workers were attentitive to the customers, even taking snack and drink orders. The captain (Bob) was pleasant and kept stopping for dolphins. The boat was clean and well maintained. I will be back to cruise again.
This would have been an average boat cruise in an amazing city (St. Augustine), but the hot-head Captain got into a dispute with a group regarding a coupon and focused on barking at this group of well-mannered adults rather than tend to the tour itself. In today's economy, $17 is not a lot for everyone, but it is for some and a boat cruise on ...
The captain stopped the boat and came over to a group of adults to yell at them for trying to get half off with a coupon. It as incredible. I've never seen anyone act that unprofessional. Come to find out he's the owner of the company! Even worse. I was afraid he was going to mouth off at me for giving him the wrong look or something. ...
We took the 2:00 pm cruise and there were only a few people on the boat, even though it was Easter weekend. The cruise was very enjoyable and it gave a good overview of St. Augustine from the water. The boat stays in the intercoastal waterways and goes down to the light house. There are some good photo opportunities of the fort and downtown St. Augustine. It will be very nice when the Bridge of Lions is fully rehabbed in a couple of years.

My husband and I had a bad experience with the booking of this tour. We initially bought the tickets from the Visitor's Center, but when we arrived at the marina, we were told we could not board because it was a private tour that evening. And the guys there were not nice. So, the next day, we inquired about a refund, but were talked into ...

We were given 4 tickets for this cruise by a friend so had no previous knowledge of it. Took two (adult) neighbors with us and headed down for the day. We all enjoyed it very much. As many times as we've been to St. Augustine, we'd never been out on the Bay so really found the view back towards land interesting and beautiful. The captain ...

Silent cruise

We took the cruise after much research and it turned out to be not much of fun. Started the cruise at 6:45PM and it lasted around 1hr 15 minutes. Altogether the skipper/commentator spoke for less than 5 minutes in the entire tour, explaining various things on the way...... felt like he was having a bad day?
One good thing was, on the top deck ...

We went on the trip and it was great. The crew was amazingly friendly, but the Skipper was kind of 'cold' when you tried to speak with him. Maybe he was having a bad day :-(
Saw dolphins, the ocean, the Fort, and on the northern end of the bay there are large boats anchored there and it seems that people live there year around, just anchored and being a hermit, very interesting and enjoyable ride. They sell wine, beer and pop.
