I myself did not go on any of the ghost tours because of some of the other reviews i had seen prior to my trip and i really dodged a bullet. Every ghost tour group i passed while on the Old Town Trolley (which i recommend) seemed more interested in the trolley than the ghost tour. It didnt matter what company gave the tour they were all pretty much the same. Dont waste your money or time, there are better things to do

Kind of scary
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/12/08
My husband and I enjoyed this tour. We had a good tour guide - Andy. He seemed to enjoy his work and told interesting stories with history also. I thought it was a lot of walking though and not enough places shown. I've been on a ghost walk in Charleston, SC and it was better. Regardless, this one was kind of scary and we learned a lot. I'd recommend this one. Ask for Andy.

What was she talking about?

St. Augustine is a city full of remarkable history. It is also known to be quite haunted. You'd think a "Ghost Tour Guide" would be familiar with both the history of the city and the paranormal. I realize this was a storytelling tour and that's just what I got STORIES!!! None of which were pertinant to the city or history. This ...

Ask for a good guide
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/02/05
This was the 3rd tour I have been on and this was not what I had expected. We brought our children and grandchildren after bragging about how much fun it was and we were were really disappointed. Our guide was long winded and seemed to be rather bored with his job. We did not go to the places as advertised. After our tour ended, we went on our on ...
Our tour had too many people in it. My son is hearing impaired. We asked in advance of purchasing tickets if he could be put with a host who would speak loud and who would place my son in the front. My son reads lips well. The host we were put with did not speak loud, and most times spoke not facing my son at all. He seemed to be just going ...

The cheesier the better!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/28/05
A ghost tour is a must when traveling to towns like this. There are literally tons of ghost tours in St Augustine, so check them all out and find the best deal. Some hotels throw them in for free. They are fun, silly, cheesy and great entertainment on a clear, dark night.

It was a nice history lesson. We have been on several different tours, and it all depends on your tour host or hostest.
