Charlotte Players stink!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/30/08
The Charlotte Players need some help. Their dated, old-fashioned offerings like THE RAINMAKER with a 50 year "Lizzie" are in poor taste. Seek professional help. I a not sure who would enjoy these poorly directed ventures. These folks need a consultant or new management.
The Charlotte Players, the group that performs at the CulCen, are awful. They don't ever seem to let anyone new join in the fun, the same mediocre actors are in EVERY show. The selection of plays is dismal. How many times can you rehash "The Music Man" before the locals form a mob and burn down the theatre? Honestly, the only good thing about the CulCen is Valerie Sneade.
