    I grew up close to Morning side nature center as a boy in rural Gainesville I spent many days riding my bike to the park and walking the trails .It was a place to get away from troubles and life for a while a place to think and to listen to Nature .I am now 44 years old and I am taking my 9 year old son to Morning side homecoming weekend I hope to ...

    Morningstar has an "old" style farm where the children can help feed the animals. It also has a small nature center and trails. My daughter loved being able to feed: chickens, sheep, a horse, a cow,and goats. It is absolutely free.
