My wife and I went on the way back from a wedding July 26 2009. It was well worth the trip. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I learned a lot about wine tasting, growing grapes, and the process that goes into making wine.

Genuine, homey, very friendly. I felt like I'd stopped at a family vineyard along the road in Italy. I was taken on a tour of vineyard to help me select the best vines for my purpose. My vines are now 4 years old and producing the most tasty grapes. I make a yearly trip each fall.

We ordered 7 of the Cheese, crackers, summer sausage & grapes platters; they were missing the sausage. We all had to stand around in cramped quarters eating from one platter of cheeses and one bowl of crackers. We ran out of crackers when half the cheese was gone. Wow this is great wine. I've been to wineries all over the country from coast to coast and this winery had some of the best I've tasted. It is worth the trip. The building is not in itself impressive, but the wine is so good.
