Crew was helpful and nice. There were a lot of tangles because the boat was crowded and a lot of bonitos were being caught but the crew did their best to keep things running smoothly. Got some really cool pictures of huge bull sharks coming after the bonitos. Had a good time and will definitely return.

I ENJOYED FISHING WITH THE PEOPLE WHO PIONEERED DRIFT FISHING. CAPT GENE WAS FAST AND KNOWLEDAGLE. MY KIDS REALLY ENJOYED THEIR TRIP AND I LOVED HAVING SOMEONE TO BAIT OUR HOOKS AND ASSIST WITH CATCHING OUR FISH.

The Sea Mist was a horrible experience for us, The boat is filthy. The mates are dirty. All they care about is catching fish for themselves to sell at the pier after the trip. They are not helpful at all. I have also fished on the Lady K out of Lantana and that was a spotless boat and the mates were very attentive and clean.

The crew of the seamist was very helpfull and kind to me and my 3 kids. We all caught a bunch of fish ,mutton snappers and lots of kingfish and yellowtail. I would advise anyone from age 5 to 95 give it a try.

I am from Boston, and haved fished out of gloucester, on drift charters, and caught my

share of haddock, and cod, and seen whales too.., that will cost you $50, + for half

day fishing, and the ride alone is 2 hours..

These guys are on the fish in 20-30 minutes..

It's what you might expect. However the crew is always patient and curteous. Most trips have been productive. Just be prepared (as on any party boat) to get frustrated with tamgles and the occasional idiot.
