    I was supposed to be the recipient of the flowers sent by Via Surmelis of Boise, Idaho. I also spoke to the staff at Wild Irish Rose regarding the delivery situation, and was told that "frankly, Caitlin and I are fed up with you and your sister." These flowers were NEVER delivered, and now the company is lying to American Express and ...

  • Wild Irish Rose Custsomer Service and Delivery

    I called Wild Irish Rose to send flowers to my sister for her birthday. I communicated to Wild Irish Rose that my sis works in Old Saybrook and I wanted her to have flowers early so she could enjoy them at work. I didn't want to call a New London florist, thinking it would take too long to deliver to Old Saybrook.
