What a treasure! A beautiful setting. A great place to visit, hold a birthday party or a special event. They even have a sleep over program for children.

The New England Carousel Museum is absolutely amazing. It is amazing to think there are so few carousels left in the country. This is also a great place to hold a party. There is a huge space upstairs to dance and eat. I would definately recommend this place to anyone traveling through the New England area.

A magnificent display of carousel art and history, great exhibits, fine art galleries, a Museum of Fire History, restoration department, and great fun-filled experience for families. Well educated tour guides, crafts for children, and a carousel for little ones.

while the museum was just okay, the help there were very good. they couldn't seem to do enough for you.
the museum is rather small and very hard to find, coming off I84, as we did. one gas station in town didn't know where it was even !
