60 million years of creation, no longer the belle of the ball
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/28/07
Armed with a vivid imagination, and the ability to filter the irritating chirps of your caffienated guide, one can experience the beauty of these magnificent and unfathomable formations the way they were meant to be seen—with only the boundaries being “no touching formations or killing yourself by getting stuck in a crack." The ...

Awsome
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/16/07
If you are in the area and don't mind getting dirty and tight spaces this is a must. The images that you will see will be engraved in your minds eye forever. There is not one word to describe what i saw in there. A few words to help out though, Awsome, Spectacular, Breath Taking, Beautiful, and Amazing.
Our guide has so much information on the caves! He did a great job! The Caves has not been open long to the public so It is nice to see the place growing. They are adding so much to the area around the caves it would be interesting to return in 10 years to see how far they have come!

One awesome ride!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/07/06
My cousin and I recently visited Glenwood Springs. We didn't have a chance to tour the caves, but we did go horseback riding. Thanks to our very experienced--and good looking--tour guide, David, the ride was very enjoyable. The scenery was great, with an overlook of the city and views of mountains. I'd highly recommend visiting Glenwood Caverns anyday! I can't wait to go back.

WOW! - What a cave! What a Chuckwagon Dinner Show
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/09/06
We spent 6 hours at the park. The views on top of the mountain were awesome. Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park is much more then a cave. They have 4+ thrill rides, Tram, horseback riding, bull ride, a fossil dig, and to top it off, they have the World Famous Colorado Wranglers playing at their Chuckwagon Dinner Show. My kids still are talking about ...
So I have gone to the caves many times. And to me it seems like a person can only go there once, but the second time, it's very boring. But I guantee that if you are interested in caves go right ahead. But if you have problems with small spaces, don't go.

We would highly recommend the tour!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/04/05
Our son Terry took us on the tour. It was beautiful (especially on the sky-ride) above Glenwood Springs. The walking tour of the caves was terrific. Not too long or too short. Perfect!

Its really cool to get to see the caves and the fact taht they are still around is awesome. THe guides are awesome, theyve takne time out of their social life to show us these formations. I think that they should do more lantern tours those are pretty fun. Gives you an outlook on how they used to go through it back in the times when there was no ...

Well worth the trip!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/20/04
We thought the guides were excellent and the trip an informative and interesting one. My father (Gary Christensen) spent his teen years in Glenwood and remembered climbing the hill to the caves as a boy.
