Dumb business PolicyI tried to order a gift certificate over the phone, because on-line they wanted to charge me $8.95 to put an envelope in the mail. I called and the policy is that I can order in person on over the net, but not over the phone. Moronic. Number one rule in business: take the money. Dumb Dumb Dumb.
