Where's the Clams??? The soup is not bad, but how can you call it Clam Chowder, when there's no clams in the soup. I asked, they said they just use clam juice for the soup? I guess, BYOC, Bring Your Own Clams.

My husband and I love this place! There is always a line but it is definitely worth the wait! The place is small but just a short walk from the pier so you can take your food to go and enjoy it at the beach1 The fish and chips are great and you can tell the fish is not pre-packaged and frozen. Overall best clam chowder in Pismo Beach!

this place is awesome the prices are low and the clam chowder is the best you'll ever have!! the atmosphere is also great if there's a line WAIT it'll go by fast and it's way worth it

This is the best chowder I have ever had and I've had it in Seattle, SFO, San Diego, etc. The creaminess is unbelievable - - couldn't get enough! I just wish the facility was larger with more tables. It can get very crowded. Be prepared to wait up to 45 minutes to get in but it's well worth the wait! Mary Jo

Me and my family love to eat at splash cafe! we visit pismo beach when we can and we always have to get a big bowl of clam chowder!!!i have lots of picture of my family at this great restaurant over the years !!

I eat it atleast three times every time I visit Pismo Beach. Having it in the bread bowl is a MUST! I have been known to make the 3 hour drive just for some chowder. I can honestly say I have never tasted anything like it. If you have not tried it before I urge you to stop in I guarantee you will not regret it.

Everyone i know loves this place, i have never heard anything negative. I absolutely love there fish and chips. I have eaten fish and chips all up and down the California coast and believe that there's is the best along with their world famous clam chowder. I live in San Diego and i only go to pismo for this restraunt.

You have to stop in if you are visiting the Central California Coast. They have the best clam chowder and it is a favorite of all the locals. Don't be afraid of the line because it goes by really fast. The food is also affordable. The ambiance isn't the most elegant restaurant you'll go to but it plays into the casual coast surfer ...

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT AND HAVE NEVER GOTTEN ANY BAD FOOD OR SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO EAT AT. TRY THE CLAM CHOWDER ITS AMAZING. JUST DON'T EAT IT ALL I WILL BE BACK FOR SOME SOON. I USUALLY EAT HERE FOR LUNCH AND DINNER EVERYTIME I GO!
