    A co-worker and I worked until after 9pm one night and everything else was closed, so we stumbled upon this restaurant by accident. We were both tired, a bit disheveled and mostly talking about what else we had to do to be finished with the job.   • A real French bistrot right here in Central California.

    Bistrot Laurent is a truly delightful place. If your objective is a lovely dinner for two this is the place. Or, if you would like to arrange a special party for your family or friends,the people at Bistrot Laurent will make it all happen the way you hoped it would. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with airport security. The charm and cuisine of rural France are available in Paso Robles. Bistrot Laurent has my highest recommendation.
