I LOVE Z MED SPA! Their prices are reasonable, the technicians are so nice and the atmosphere is so relaxing. So far I have had two Laser hair removal procedures done and a facial.
My results on the laser hair removal have been superb. I hope they are always there for any pampering and/or beautifying I want to give myself.

The Owner is mean rude and has no class how does should expect to do better. Will never go back. I needed to get a service done now and she NO WTF!!!!!! She needs to take a chill pill or she is going to scare every one away. Some one needs to tell her she is no good. I Know she was the owner because i ask to talk to a manager and she told me she was the owner!!!!!!!!

I received a gift card almost a year ago and have never been able to get an appointment for service. I'm a regular spray tanner and always looking for a clean, professional salon (hard to find) this salon looked good. Clearly this is not a process they have thought out. Exfoliation messy on a bed and spray tan with a tiny pencil nozzle, (barely visible afterward) done in a dingy shower stall. Uncomfortable and lousy.

I revisited this spa after a lapse of 4 years or so. Since then,it has been cluttered with everything imaginable. The salon used to be tranquil and relaxing. It is now unpleasant and feels like a cheap nail salon. To make matters worse, the owner should be reported for the way she treats staff and clients. What a waste of my time and money!

The manager was very rude to her employees and also to the customers. She was in a rage and embarred me and herself. As a result, I will never step foot in Z med Spa again!!

I went to get an airbrush tan. It says on the website that the price included mandatory exfoliation. Now that sounded great. But when I go in I come to find out the exfoliation you standing in a room that doesn't seem too clean and the airbrush technician puts on "exfoliating gloves", puts a little body wash-type gel on them, and ...

There is always great service. They have the greatest facilities and they don't charge an arm and a leg for them. I love going to Z-med. The atmosphere is bright and relaxing. You know you're always going to get your money's worth and much more!

I did like the place until the person doing my hair removal called me and accused me of I don't know what and sent my packing. I was ready to re-up with them and instead I was confronted by a hostile tech acting like a 5th grader.
