It is a non-commercialized place. My one year old son loved it. The longest line was for the jolly trolley train ride and that only took 10 minutes on labor day weekend, unheard of.We can hardly wait to go back!

We took our 10 month old and our 2 year old daughters here today! They loved it! For the price it was worth the hour drive!!!

Bring a picnic lunch, there is one food vendor and it is so, so.

Also bring sweaters, can be breezy and colder than other areas of the bay area.

Price is right.

Fun for the little ones, but not on the same playing field as gilroy gardens, oakland zoo, or great america...

Little kids will never notice the overall lack of repair, fresh paint, etc. and will have a great time. This park is a classic that needs some TLC.

The place was very cute! The whole place was very interactive for kids and had some kiddie rides like a train. The magic key boxes do not work through most of the park but it was not that big of a loss. Charming little park for kids. The puppet show was very nice. All in all, this was a good bargain and can be a great afternoon outing for a few hours.

Great, safe park that allows children's imagination to take flight and allows fairytales to come alive. The park has been recently revitalized. Unlike amusement parks that bombard and overstimulate children to market toys Fairyland enchants. Also, the park is concerned about safety and doesn't allow entry to adults unaccompanied by a minor.

While watching TV the other night I saw something about this place and all of my childhood memories came back to me. I was there and at that time it was wonderful. My 1.5 and 3 year olds love this place. The several times we've gone there has been great entertainment (music, theatre for children). It is right next to a beautiful lake. Overall... a nice place to spend a few hours with your little ones.

This amusement park is definitely "old-fashioned" and for children 6 and under. It inspired Walt Disney to create Disneyland. The low-key attractions include slides, farm animals, structures the children can climb on, and a small train. A puppet theatre hosts live shows. Bring a picnic lunch.
