The service was so slow and it didn't seem like the staff cared about the complaints from other customers. The lamb was so burnt and tough that I could not enjoy it at all.

George is the owner and he makes you feel like you are at home--greeting you at the entrance with a smile and a hug. I love this guy & his food is EXCELLENT! You've got to go on a Friday so you can try the cleftico (I think that's how it's spelled!)

A very good Greek restaurant for the uninitiated! One of the most amazing things about this restaurant is that the sides of vegetables and rice are almost as good the entrees. The best entree has to be the spanakopites or the calamari, but none of the dishes are anything less than wonderful. There is nowhere in downtown Long Beach that serves dinner this good for $9-$13. Be warned though, George will hug your wife.
