My lunch was served cold my partners meal was served cold as well. The waitress was of no help. She said she would inform the cook and that was that. I would av- oid this place. The plus ratings are a huge error. The prices are way out line.

the best in cambria
By bizoudebs, 01/04/07
This is probably the best restaurant in Cambria. We enjoy taking our guests to Robin's because of the eclectic menu, there is always something for everyone.
The food is so very good, the atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the staff friendly and efficient.
I love their salmon, both the appetizer and entree, their hamburger is wonderful, the ...

Loved the garden atmosphere on the patio and the intimacy indoors. Food was great and there was a nice selection. We went late and the servers had a tendency to forget about us, presumably because they were preparing to close, but they were friendly and courteous.

Disappointment.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/17/06
My wife and I had a late dinner last night August 16, 06. We had read many good things and had been on a nature walk with a women who "always" ate at Robin's. Perhaps we came with too high of expectations. Also we have had two previous nights of really 5 experiences at the Sea Chest and the Black Cat. This night did not compare. ...

A lovely place to relax and refuel
By Tabi64, 04/30/06
If you are looking for a place that feels like home, from the interior dining rooms to the lover's alcove to the vine covered patio, Robin's fits the bill. Always eat at Robin's when inCambria
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/23/05
Good food, unusual menu, nice servers in an exceptional atmosphere. The salmon bisque is to die for. Ditto the chicken curry salad. Nearby shopping, too.
The central coast of California is really lacking in fine dining. Robin's in Cambria and Hoppe's in Cayucos is the best they come.
Being a confirmed foodie and living in the SF Bay Area where we have incredible food - this restaurant is somewhere in the middle of the road. It was tasty but not fantastic.

YUCK
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/29/05
Heard Robins was a wonderful restaurant, boy was I disappointed. The sea bass was dry and overcooked, service was horrendous and slow. I always like to give places a second shot, but I don't think I'll be able to.
