I had been a regular at this resort-there was a recent change in management and was treated rudely.i brought this to the attention of the chamber of commerce and the owner only to be ignored-it appears that they can lose customers because there are many to take there place

This place is a great escape from the daily grind. The mud bath & mineral treatment was the best. The staff were friendly & very helpful. The restraunts,shops & grocery store are one block away. This was the most relaxing getaway we've had. We highly recommend this place & Calistoga.

I have tried almost all of the mud bath/spa places in Calistoga and this is my favorite. I have only stayed there once, though, and not sure I would stay again. I love the pools, the services are great, but try and get a lounge chair-
