It's very interesting to read about the Arkansans who have made a difference in our world. I am told it began in 1996, and mid-way through 2006, there at 55 Arkansan's of all venues as members proudly displayed in Hill Wheatley Park. There is no charge, it's open 24 hrs a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year! Very unusual for anything today. cc
