If you are interested in "unique" periods of our nation's history, you will find a lot to see and learn at Miss Laura's; the people there have a sense of humor, hospitality and history that makes for a lovely visit!
Sometimes places like this don't seem like "fun" but more like "work" because you have to ...
The house was quite pretty, I love that time period's style of decor. There wasn't really a lot to see, but it was nice enough, and my mom, who's name happens to be Laura, got tons of great stuff in the gift shop area.
Mrs. Laura's Is an ok building, but what I want to inform others is that it used to be a restraunt. I worked there is Jr. High School and I am now 33 and will turn 34 on Oct 21, 2005.
