This FREE, little zoo is very well-kept and manicured. It is true that the animals don't have miles of terrain to explore, but for its size, the Crossett Zoo is adequate AND clean. It has improved over the years. I have wonderful memories of this place. Try and find something like it elsewhere and see how much you have to pay just to get in.

This zoo is most definately not horrible. The animals are VERY well taken care of. It is a nice place to take your family for a picnic and your kids would love it. This zoo is terrible.The ponies,the ones you're suppose to pet,along with every other animal belonging to that zoo looks awful.They're hair/fur is matted with dirt,they look ill and unhappy. They have a bear in a small cage with concrete and 1 log.

This zoo should be shut down. The cages are too small and the animals look so sad!!! I lived in Crossett all my life and have never thought much of this zoo. It is free to enter though.

This is not a zoo. This is a circus area. A zoo has a real exibit of animals, the tiger cage is a mess, the monkey's cage is a mess, the goat's look sick, the bears look hot, and the zoo keeper is not a zoo keeper, she is a friend of the mayor and that's how she got the job. So, let's name it the CROSSLAND CIRCUS!!!!!!!!!!!

I have always loved going to the zoo...I think it's awesome that I have a daughter that works there...I am so proud of her that she is able to work with animals, and that she really enjoys it ....

I HAD NOT BEEN TO THE ZOO FOR SEVERAL YEARS EVEN THOUGH I LIVE IN CROSSETT. I RECENTLY VISITED AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ZOO AND THE PARK AND THE VARIETY OF ANIMALS AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE TO ENJOY.
