One year ago, on a cruise, we took a fishing excursion in Sitka. We had 40 lbs of King and Silver salmon processed by the Fresh Fish Company, both smoked and fresh frozen. They shipped it to our home, in vacuum packed, 1 to 2 lb plastic bags. We're still eating the salmon, and its excellent. It still tastes fresh and doesn't smell fishy.
