A must-see in Montgomery

Living history
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/05/06
I took my 8 year old, bi-racial granddaughter to the dedication last fall and as she was leaving I asked her if she liked it. She said to me, "Yes. Grandma, it almost made me cry."
Every American, especially our children, should see this in person. We must never forget the people whose lives contributed to making ours the country of liberty and justice for all.

This memorial was designed by a famous architect and the bronze statue, along with the beautiful fountain with flowing water are certainly a sight you will not want to miss.
