My wife and I recently decided to hold our wedding reception at The Understudy and we were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with their accommodations, food, hospitality and service. I would highly recommend renting the place out if you are looking for a place to have a special occasion.

The food was terrible!!!! We had a small portion of sliced spiral ham, sweet potatoe smash with way too much sugar, and garlic grits (no cheese even). It was all cold!!!!! The play was okay - not worth what it cost!!!!!

Really fun place. Great small theater atmosphere (it's in a new location, so call to verify directions.) Some really funny skits about us Southerners. If you're not Southern, you may not get some of the humor...if you are, some may hit close to home! If you're in Dothan, don't miss it.
