Funland is absolutely great, especially for young children. It is inexpensive which is hard to find around here. You can ride for a long time without spending a lot. It is great because you don't have to pay to get in and you only buy the amount of tickets you need. It is conveniently located on the Rehoboth Boardwalk. We live in the area and my daughter loves it :)

Visited Playland on an excursion from OC, MD. Boys, Ages 6 & 3, Loved it but for different reasons. The older child enjoyed the games and the 3 year old enjoyed the rides. The name is actually Funland, not Playland (you can look up their web site). The prices are excellent for a shore park, very reasonable. Also, don't miss the Haunted Mansion, it is one of the best darkrides in the USA.

Remember when you could get a lot of something for a little bit of money? This is like that old time fair where you show up with a few dollars and ride for a while. Everyone should try it at least once.

If you are looking for a place for your young children, this is your place. The rides are geared more for younger children. It does however have a great arcade for older people.
