Due to an illlness, I was unable to make it to my prepaid cruise. When I requested some type of adjustment, Edelweiss refused to respond or address my request -- they simply ignored me. When I looked them up on the BBB website, I found out that their business has a rating of "F" and that they have a history of not responding to consumer complaints.

I went on the Margarita Cruise and for $20 I drank a half a dozen margaritas, ate a ton of tacos and it was an hour and a half boat cruise. There were alot of women on the cruise and this was also a pleasant surprise.. Me and my buddies will be back again very soon.

I recently went on the Edelweiss for a dinner cruise, and I have to say I was impressed! Not only was the food great and the staff friendly and attentive, but the view from the water was amazing. The atmosphere makes this cruise more than worth it! Can't wait to go on it again.

I went on the margarita cruise. They packed too many people on the boat like cattle and served a troff of tacos that you spent most of the trip in line to get. The margaritas were nasty. Staff was NOT nice. The boat left late. Get there early if you want to sit down. Maybe a little fun if your already drunk!
