I'm surprised this is ranked fourth. It looks like any other state capital that I have seen. It is way up on state street. state street is much more fun and entertaining than the state capital. Maybe inside is more fun.

well kept old building and grounds, lighting coulf be a little brighter in halls, but over all a worthwhile visit.

The building is beautiful both inside and out. Prime location for restaurants and shopping. I would visit on a Saturday from late April through September and take advantage of the farmers market in the capital square.

Our family visited here twice, both times in March of 2005. It is a Beautiful building. Very comfortable atmosphere. Felt very safe being there. The tour is something you should make the time to go through. The meaning that was put into every inch of that building shows it. A true piece of artwork and history!!!
