The food is the best thing. They try way too hard to be informal/familiar. The required tour of the place is annoying. Make reservations, the wait will kill you and their lobby is shoebox size. But again, the food is really good. Make reservations, try to go when it won't be crowded and ignore the wait staff who will try to impress you with their devil-may-care BS.
