Definately worth a visit if in the area

Just a great variety of interesting plants in one place - and its free! The greenhouses take about 20 minutes to go through, but to see all the outdoor gardens takes at least an hour - so I disagree with the time estimate of the other reviewer. No, not a day-trip, but an impressive garden to spend a couple hours in if you are in the area. Very enjoyable!

Don't make a special trip
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/09/07
It was okay...some of the vegetation was extraordinary. Although, it's very small and not something you'd want to drive very far to see. I wouldn't plan a day trip for this, as it takes about 1/2 hour to an hour to see all of it. My parents enjoyed it, yet they are older.
