Friendly staff welcomes you as you walk in and it just gets better and better after that. Neat exhibits. A great place to learn about Charlotte's past all the way back to colonial times!

Great fun for the whole family. Very friendly staff that really do know their stuff. You really need to go on one of the tours to make it truly worthwhile.
