    Awesome coffee and cookies! We recently eloped and stayed at the Bear Mountain Lodge in Bethlehem (I highly recommend!), and we started each day by stopping at Maia Papaya for coffee. I'm a Starbucks addict and NEEDED coffee. Maia Papaya has a delicious vanilla malt latte - yum!!!

    Maia's is THE place to stop for great coffee drinks, homemade biscotti and other delicious baked goods. The new owner has added sandwiches which are fresh and filling. It has a simple but welcoming atmosphere made brighter by former owner Glenn Norris' unique photographs. Worth stopping by anytime as there is no where like it in the area!

    We luckily stumbled upon The Maia Papaya this past weekend and can’t believe what a great find it was. We were impressed by the outstanding service, great coffee, fantastic cookies and scones. Bethlehem was off the beaten path, but we were out exploring the North Country after taking in the Mt Washington Hotel, Balsam’s Ski Area and Crawford ...
