I loved the people. Workers/locals. They just made the trip amazing for myself. Always so happy. Yet they have less than most people have in Canada. A different way of life. Something you can take back with you. A good pure feeling. Something money cannot buy.

Just returned from 2 week holiday and had a brilliant time.First impression of the room was a bit disappointing (requires decor update)but who wants to spend two weeks in their room when there is so much to do.

I went with my wife in January 06.We had a room wihout a bath and when we took a shower, water would run all over the floor, including around the sink and toilet. It took 3 days before they gave us another room. It is the only hotel (among 7) in Cuba where we had to wait in line for 20 minutes to eat at the cafeteria in the morning.Coffee was awful ...
