We stayed there only one night and almost for three hours the smoke alarm( blinking bright light) stayed on. When we called the front desk they said they forget to fix and while they were trying to fix it was on again. Terrible experience. Won't suggest.
We were doubtful when we first got the room because the area didn't look too great. There were people there that were staying there more like an apartment. There was loud music until 6:00PM, THEN IT QUIT. We were pleased, the rooms were very clean, bathroom spotless, refridgerator and microwave clean. Parking limited, management friendly and helpful.Decent continental breakfast.
I have never been to Allentown but this is definitely a neighborhood to avoid. As a traveling female alone, I checked in at 11pm and had a hard time to find parking that was in a safe area. While checking in with a rude man behind a glass window, a man sitting in the breakfast area asked if I wanted to make some money. Not for what your thinking ...

Awful
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/15/06
This is a dirty hotel in a dangerous location. My room was decent enough, but the neighborhood is unsafe and loud. People were gathered in the parking lot throughout the night. If you're interested in sleep and safety, avoid this place.

Yummy Breakfast, Big Bed, Slightly Dirty Bathroom
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/26/06
I loved the huge bed and the TV which had loads of stations. The cofeemaker, fridge and microwave were a great touch as well. The breakfast was good- bagels, pastries, cereal, apples, juices and coffee/tea.
The tub had a hair in it though. Yuck.

When we checked inn lobby looked kind of small however when we reached the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. When we reached our rooms they were spotlessly clean. Ugh!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/06/05
I had booked a week here before looking at it and by the time the week was up I wished I hadn't. My room was only straightened and clean linens put in it twice. When I called the front desk I was told that I had the do not disturb sign out and if I wanted clean towels, coffee, cups, etc. I had to walk down to the front desk and get them ...
