I stayed at the La Quinta in based off of the pics of it near the ocean. Though it is near the ocean, it isnt on the ocean meaning you really do have to go a little bit for the beach. I called them and asked them if they had a work out room and a pool and they said yes, but when we got there No Work Out Room and NO POOL. That is what i was looking for. The room was clean. You can see the ocean because of the other Motels. And there is a mens club right beside it and the girls stand outside. Not a good place for kids.

My Family and I go to Oceanside twice a month and we always stay at this La Quinta Inn. It's not fancy by any strectch of the imagination, But it is clean, convienent, good value & is a great place to go if you have children & you dont want to worry about annoying other people like at a fancy resort. The place was wonderful. Ocean is in the background, and alot of stores and restaraunts nearby. Walk to the ocean,and the pier with great places to eat there. Staff was great and the rooms were clean. The only regret we had was there was no pool. Otherwise, would stay there again anytime! Wonderful hotel.

I would never stay here again! Not only is the staff incompetent but the manager as no skills on how to run a business! I stay in many hotels, as I travel a lot, and this is the worst experience I have ever encountered! Not only is the location of the hotel a joke, but so is the way they conduct their business! I would have rather stayed at a roach infested motel then ever go back to La Quinta!

I was charged for my room through Travelocity and then the hotel charged me again.The walls at this hotel are very thin. All in all it was very clean hotel.

nice place , first place we stayed after coming to town, Only place that was Pet Friendly, reasonable prices for being walking distance from Beach. First night we had a chocolate on the pillows. They wouldnt bother us while we where there and clean our room after we would leave to make sure everything was clean. Great breakfast , Waffle maker and nice selection.
