Ride of a Lifetime!In January of '07 my husband and I did the Maui Mountain Cruisers Sunrise bike tour, we had an Absolute Blast! The guides were informative, safe and hilarious, They were full of fun facts, jokes but they also made us feel so safe and comfortable on that open highway. No Pickup and Rude ROB....Well after a friend advised to take a bike tour while here in Maui, and see the sunrise from a mountain, we booked on Maui Mountain Cruisers for $185 per person. Instructed through 2 seperate hotel voicemails to be in the lobby at 2:30 am - we were excited! 2:20 in the lobby, 2:30, 2:45 (so I call and get ROB at the base camp - oh yes sir he is ...2 of 3 Yahoo! Foul customer serviceWhere to start . . . first, because we were at a B&B, we were instructed to wait at a local K-Mart parking lot at 2:30 AM to be picked up. Irritating, but whatever.
