hidden paradiseWe had the best time for lunch! Our server was great, very attentive and super nice! I wish we had servers like her here in Ohio. It was so nice having lunch on the patio with the ocean right there, we even saw a couple whales, truly amazing! We had such a great time we came back everyday while we were there.OVERALL

Great breakfast spotDon't let the very ordinary motel-like parking lot entrance scare you. Around the corner is a really fun patio restaurant. Loving Five PalmsI have been to Five Palms twice for dinner. First with my girl friends for a lovely dinner and cocktails and the second time for my wedding. If you have your dinner there, they let you use the lawn out front, free of charge. The wedding was beautiful, the view was amazing, and the food was delicious. Save me a table with a view, please...In May 2005 we had our wedding dinner a total of 30 guests at The Five Palms. It was a beautiful location, the food was excellent and lovely evening was enjoyed by all. Most beautiful restaurant on MauiLoved it, the breakfast/lunch menu served all day until 2:30 in the afternoon is my favorite part. The service is friendly and effecient, you can tell "they care" which most restaurants don't anymore. The food is delicious.

Though I did like the food presentation it did seem like when it was brought to me and my family they knew who ordered what and he made sure it looked good. service was decent, nice folks and it is worth going back to. apparently things are looking upOVERALL

Perfect place for lunchI have been to Five Palms 3 years in a row right after touch down waiting for my room to be ready, and am planning to go again this September, 2007. I especially enjoy the Ahi salad! It is fresh, simple, and very delicious!! And you can see the ocean from the patio. Stay away!The patio dining area has a great view of the ocean, but the absolute lack of service is not worth the view. Our waiter was switched several times and most of the time no one knew who was waiting on us. Our food took forever and our glasses sat empty for about half an hour.
