I was at this beach three weeks ago and it was completely strewn from end to end with all kinds of trash that had washed up, and some that had obviously been dumped there or left by squatters. Nevertheless, the waves were great and it would be a really nice picnic spot if it wasn't for all the trash. There is a 10-15 minute hike down to the beach from the parking lot through acreage that is for sale and planned for development.
