A Zaragoza highlightInteresting architecturally. I particularly enjoyed the spectacular, massive, 16th century, carved alabaster altar back
The interior is always busy but this does not lessen the wonderful, holy, atmosphere. Very relaxing - I fell asleep on a pew.

I'd love to visit, again!This large cathedral has a very interesting history and is beautiful! It has a very sacred atmosphere. There is a constant flow of pilgrims with masses throughout the day, as well as confession. The plaza outside the cathedral is on a busy avenue with many people coming and going. Lots of pigeons!
