If you so busy with what-so-ever activities during your visit to Singapore, and you don't have much time to go shopping to Malls and buy souvenirs for your family or even for yourself, Mustafa Centre is the perfect place to go !! You can buy anything you want there --from foods, cosmetics, clothes until electronic goods-- with reasonable price. ...
The prices are much higher tahn other places by make believing people that they are cheaper and original goods. Plain Cheating Market. Most of the goods are not worth the price as compared to quality.
My husband's shirts bought 3 years ago are still as good as new and my silk jackets are still eye catchers - even in Paris!! Will return in March 2009.

poor customer service

It is no doubt that we get everything in Mustafa. But management should train the sales people to assist the customers which is most important. In such a big mall there are many managers and sales people, But they are not service oriented.
One thing i love abt the place is the what ever u name its there. Iam from Dubai, i have seen Malls bigger than Musthafa, main difference between those malls and musthafa is those malls are so customer friendly, have enough space in between the shelves where as Musthafa is stuffed even two people can not stand in between two shelfs. because of this congestion i hate going to that place
The Mustafa Centre is an enormous, 24-hour multi-level department store complex. It occupies an entire block on the eastern end of Little India. You can buy just about anything there - electronics, clothes, souvenirs, luggage, jewellery, "perfume" and a lot more.
Mustafa is definitely one of the cheapest department stores in Singapore.
They should prioritise & improvise their space to prevent "crampiness" in their malls. Frankly, it's ALWAYS pack with people & very squeezy. Improvise more by organising & planning the space that they have. That should do the work. Believe me, it's very pack, cramp, crowded & squeezy ezpecially on weekends and certain peak ...

Awful Avoid this Place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/12/05
The telephone people are incredibly inept. There is no service to be had at the store. Managers are always absent. This used to be a good place to shop. But it is no longer.
