  • Inedible Grilled Pork Chop
    By meryl, 10/15/09
I absolutely hated it now. I went there to have my 40th Birthday Dinner last night. I'd ordered the Grilled Pork Chop as my main course. The dish's presentation was Amateurish. There were 2 pieces of Pork, my husband and I tried the smaller piece. It was the most disgusting piece of pork I'd ever eaten, i ate about one 5-cent coin bit, ...

I had them caterer my parties twice, I like everything they have. They have an amazing risoto, there pizzas are made on the spot and are typical Italian pizzas, not like they ones to get in Pizza Hut, and a great choice of pasta

  • Delivery
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/26/07
Al Forno now does deliveries - tel 6348 8781. Unfortunately, they deliver only up to Fort Road but the lady taking my order was gracious enough to offer a delivery to my location at Old Airport Road. I applaud them for their flexibility - 5 stars to service.

Just hope for 2 things -
    1. an online menu
    2. extended delivery coverage

    Food's coming in 30 mins, can't wait..

  • Great Food/Service
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/02/07
When I lived in Singapore - I used to eat here at least once a week with clients. Great service and good italian food. Alex and his brother's do a great job in running a good value reliable Italian resturaunt! My family also enjoyed eating here on a regular basis - If you dont see what you want on the menu - just ask.

  • Al Forno East Coast
    By SUDOKU, 08/01/07
Al Forno East Coast (not to be confused with the snotty eatery at Newton) is a great restaurant for dates and family outings alike. We have been loyal customers for almost 4 years and still make the 30 minute hike there just to sample some of the best Italian food in Singapore.

The Four Cheese Pizza is divine. The Seafood Risotto is scrumptious with a rich selection of clams, prawns, squid in a tomato-based sauce.
