Having read the reviews left behind by the other folks here on this website, i am appalled by the consistent lack of service esp at the Toa Payoh branch and yet it is apparent that nothing is done by the management. I have read similar complaints on other websites as well.

Of all the Crystal Jade outlets that I have been to, both their food and service is unmatched by any others. The food is great, the staff is friendly and efficient and I always feel most at home.
